If nobody's paying for these images, you shouldn't be paying full whack for the room.
It's for portfolio building, test shoots, personal projects, student work and unpaid collaborations - the work that doesn't pay yet but is how everything else starts.
You get the same studio. Same lights, same backdrops, same changing room, same parking, same kettle. Nothing is stripped back. The only difference is when you can book it.
We keep this rate low because we remember doing this with no budget and nowhere decent to shoot. So we're not going to interrogate you or ask for proof - just pick the right rate when you book, and if the work is paid, book Commercial. That's what keeps this one affordable for the people who genuinely need it.

THE COMMERCIAL RATE
f the images are making you money, this is your rate.
Commercial hire is for paid client work, brand and product photography, headshots, social content, e-commerce, video and campaigns. Book it any day, any time - no restrictions, no off-peak windows, no waiting for a slot to free up.
You get all 1,750 square feet. Three RGB COB lights, softboxes, seamless paper backdrops, a customisable wall, and a layout you can move around to suit the shoot rather than the other way round. Four parking spaces right outside - bring the rails, the samples, the crew, the coffee run. Kitchen, changing room, proper toilets, fast WiFi.
It's a working studio, not a pretty room that photographs well and falls apart the moment you bring a client. There's space for people to sit down, space to lay out product, space to shoot two setups without tearing down the first one.
