Kieran Nicholson is the Founder and Creative Director of Kila Studios, bringing over 20 years of experience in film, photography, and brand development. With a degree in TV and Film Production, he began his career in the film industry and went on to work across commercial content, visual media, and brand strategy. His background spans production, direction, and creative leadership, giving him a sharp eye for storytelling and brand identity. As CEO, Kieran leads with a blend of artistic vision and industry insight, shaping the direction of the studio and overseeing the delivery of high-impact, visually driven work for clients.

Laura Simpson

Founder & CEO

Laura Simpson is Co-Founder and Marketing Director at Kila Studios, with over a decade of experience in copywriting and brand marketing. Her career spans content strategy, campaign development, and brand communications across a range of industries. With a background in crafting voice, messaging, and narrative for both emerging and established brands, Laura brings clarity and direction to every project. Her expertise in tone of voice, audience engagement, and strategic positioning helps shape the agency’s creative output and ensures clients communicate with impact and consistency.
